We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to explore all the attractions on foot. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering us a welcome drink upon arrival and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained and the housekeeping was top-notch. The amenities, such as the gym and the leisure facilities, were impressive and added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. The location of Palazzo Nainer was perfect, situated between Piazza Spagna and Piazza Poppolo, making it easy to explore the historic shopping area. The staff were exceptional, providing attentive and caring service throughout my stay. They even offered me an upgrade upon arrival. The hotel itself was clean and had a pleasant scent. The breakfast had a variety of fresh pastries, juices, and coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy walking access to many interesting places. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our walk along the nearby canal and found plenty of restaurant choices in the neighborhood.

The location of this hotel is absolutely prime. Situated in the heart of the most exclusive shopping district, it's a stone's throw away from all the cool spots in the city center. Not to mention, it's near many well-known tourist spots, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are well-appointed, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Plus, the breakfast offers a decent variety to start your day off right. And did I mention the amazing rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city?

I truly enjoyed my stay at this place. The location is simply perfect, right in the "gym" area and surrounded by amazing places to eat, drink and shop. The service was outstanding, not only did they offer room service and paid airport shuttle, but the staff gave their excellent service and always made me feel welcome. The room was equipped with everything I needed, from the tea and coffee facilities to the soundproofed walls that ensured a quiet stay. I also loved the bar/ lounge area where I could enjoy a drink or two.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family for their next stay.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. The room was well-decorated and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best aspects was the amazing breakfast, which had a wide variety of options and delicious food. Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The shower in our room had some plumbing issues, and the cleanliness of the bathroom floor could have been better.
